Since the date of signing the machine acceptance documents or the machine delivered to customer site, Han’s Laser provide 1 year quality guarantee for the whole machine. If need to extend the warranty period, please discuss with your regional sales person directly.
If there any quality problem for the system components during the warranty period, our well-trained engineer will provide service by phone call instantly. Please discuss with sales person if any on-site service needed.
If there is any damage caused by equipment quality, our company will be responsible for the component replacement for free. The delivery cost needs to be shared by both parties. General consumption (such as external laser, optical lens, cutting nozzle etc) or accidents caused by user’s violation operations will not be included.
When the machine is out of warranty period, we still provide extensive and favorable technical support service, periodic maintenance and replacement supply. The related cost will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
